Most Tracked Returning Shows — SeasonTracker Data August 2026
Lanterns added 25 new trackers on SeasonTracker in the week ending August 24, 2026, the largest single week gain of any returning series in our data. That movement is enough to put the HBO drama at the top of this week's ranking, even though its total tracker count of 64 sits well below the leaders on raw volume.
The ranking below is ordered by week-over-week movement, which is why the biggest shows do not automatically appear first. Across the platform, 1,498 SeasonTracker users are currently tracking at least one show, spread across 5,882 unique titles.

On total volume, The Pitt is the most tracked returning show in the SeasonTracker database at 397 users, ahead of Reacher and Ted Lasso, which are tied at 308 each. Its weekly gain of 5 is modest by comparison, which is typical behaviour for a title that has already accumulated a large base of SeasonTracker users. The interesting number here is the ceiling rather than the slope.
Lanterns is the clearest outlier. A gain of 25 against a base of 64 means roughly four in ten of its current trackers were added in the past seven days. No other show in the ranking comes close to that ratio. Reacher, in second place on movement with 16 new trackers, is adding users from a base nearly five times larger.
The mid table tells a different story. MobLand added 7 trackers against a base of 74, and Furious added 6 against a base of 34. Both are small in absolute terms, but they represent proportional growth well above what the top volume titles are recording. Stuart Fails to Save the Universe shows a similar pattern, with 5 new trackers on a base of 31.
By network, Apple TV places three titles in the ranking, with Ted Lasso, Silo, and Slow Horses accounting for 722 trackers between them. Paramount+ also places three, led by Lioness at 138. HBO and HBO Max together account for three entries, and Netflix contributes two.
Genre distribution is narrow. Drama appears in fourteen of the fifteen entries, and Crime appears in seven. Sci-Fi and Fantasy shows up in five, concentrated in Lanterns, Silo, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Stuart Fails to Save the Universe, and House of the Dragon.
