Description of Service

SeasonTracker is a free TV show tracking service that allows users to track TV series, receive notifications about show status changes (renewals, cancellations, new seasons), view a calendar of upcoming episodes, and create shareable watchlists.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to not create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the service in a way that exceeds reasonable use
• Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content

Content and Data

TV show information displayed on SeasonTracker is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) API and other third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Show statuses, air dates, and other details may change without notice.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Intellectual Property

The SeasonTracker name, logo, and website design are our property. TV show names, images, and related content belong to their respective owners and are used under the terms of the TMDB API.

Advertising

SeasonTracker may display advertisements through Google AdSense or other advertising partners. These ads may use cookies and tracking technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SeasonTracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeasonTracker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination
